The life of a company is made up of many defining moments. Some are more intense, others more stressful, but many of them are beautiful and constructive. Among them, there are moments when the whole team feels part of a united family. For us, one of them was Friday, May 30th. That's when we opened our doors to our most important visitors: our children.

On this day, the air and vibe in the firm changed. There was a lot of laughter, merriment and everything was filled with joy and energy. We introduced the children to the place where we work, the place where, with them in mind, we are preparing a better future. It really was an emotional experience. I saw how curious the little ones were about what we do and how much we can learn from them.

The curiosity that inspires and motivates us

Children have a different way of seeing what is going on around them. They have a special way of looking at the world and ask lots of good questions. Although on Friday, we prepared lots of sweet surprises, games and fun activities for them, we were really surprised to see their interest in our work.

Basically, we rediscovered the passion for the craft we practice through their enthusiastic eyes. Their simple but profound questions made us reflect on everything we do in the materials converting industry. Each question was also a vivid reminder that innovation comes from curiosity.

Although they are children, they have taught us many things during their time with us:

This beautiful day showed us that if you are truly curious, a very powerful force for professional and personal development can come out of you. We wanted to convey to every little one that whatever they want to do when they grow up, they should do it sincerely and be fully involved.

The pride of being a parent and a professional

The parents in our team had a proud moment on this day. Their children were able to see where parents are dedicating their time and energy, skills and expertise to develop a more efficient industrial world.

What have we seen, watching our colleagues? Real joy in their eyes that they are appreciated by the most important people in their lives. The work we do is not easy and requires great care and skill. But it takes on a deeper meaning when you know you are contributing to the future, to building a better one for your own children.

We had the chance to show the little ones:

• What their parents' workplace looks like
• What it means and how important teamwork is
• The value of doing your job with passion
• Why it's important to learn and never give up even if it seems hard

We wanted the little ones to feel part of the MDE family too. Without a doubt, this experience has brought us closer to each other and the bond between home and work life has become stronger. Although these two things work differently, they should not be separate but complement each other as nicely as possible.

A day that brought us closer together

Of course, this day was not only about learning new things but also about having fun. The children changed the atmosphere in our company into a cheerful and extremely fun one. They had fun, themed face paintings and played exciting games. Each moment not only created joy, but also new bonds between colleagues and strengthened family spirit.

Even if in the usual work at work, everything works according to a plan, I realized that not every moment has to be planned, but should be lived and spontaneous. Here, the children managed to break the formal barriers in our working environment, creating a warm atmosphere.

On May 30, we proved to ourselves that MDE Converting is not just a top company in the material converting industry. In reality, it operates like one big family, an environment full of people who are extremely committed to their craft. We truly care about what we do, the people we work with and everyone becomes part of the extended family.

Building today for tomorrow's generation

This day reminded us that we are not just developing technical solutions - we are building a responsible future for generations to come. Every project, complex or simple, and every innovation or decision, is thought out and managed with responsibility for the world we leave to our children. After this experience, we set out on the road with more motivation and inspiration.
